Cookies and audience measurement
What the site stores in your browser, and how to change your mind at any time.
Our statistics, without cookies
The site itself counts page views, reading language and device type, without cookies and without keeping your IP address. These figures are only used to find out which articles interest our readers.
Google Analytics, with your consent
If you accept, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_… cookies to tell visits apart. Your IP address is anonymised and these cookies are kept for 13 months at most. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and none of these cookies are set.
Cookies the site needs
A session cookie keeps you signed in to your customer account, and the “consentement” cookie remembers your choice for 6 months. Your Hotsi basket is kept in your browser and is never sent to third parties. These do not require consent, because the site needs them to work.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time, here or with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
